Refund Policy – Stephanie Fashion

At Stephanie Fashion, we want you to feel amazing in your new pieces! We have established the following guidelines to ensure a fair and smooth experience for everyone.


Refund Policy

If your item arrives in any of the following conditions:

  • Faulty
  • Damaged on arrival
  • Not as described
  • Supplied incorrectly due to a supplier error

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with clear photos so we can resolve this quickly.

Once approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method, including Afterpay where applicable.


Non-Refundable Situations

For accuracy, orders are processed within 48 hours after payment is received. Customers are encouraged to review their order details carefully and contact us as soon as possible if an error is noticed. Once an order has been processed and placed, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

Refunds or exchanges are not available for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Incorrect colour selection
  • Personal preference

As we are an online boutique with limited storage and no physical storefront, we encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, size charts, and images before ordering.


How to Submit a Refund Request

To lodge a refund request, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item by:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos showing the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

Requests submitted outside this timeframe may not be eligible.


Return of Faulty Items

If your item is confirmed to be faulty or defective:

  • We may request the item to be returned for inspection
  • Return postage costs will be covered by Stephanie Fashion
  • Return instructions will be provided once your claim is approved

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.


Refund Processing

Once approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for funds to appear, depending on your payment provider

Lost or Missing Packages

If you believe your parcel may be lost in transit:

  • Please contact us as soon as possible
  • Claims must be submitted within 14 days of the estimated delivery date

We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.


Incorrect Address / Undeliverable Parcels

Please ensure your shipping information is 100% accurate at checkout. Stephanie Fashion is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the buyer.

  • Incorrect Information: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the buyer is responsible for all additional charges to resend the package.
  • Delivery Refusal: If a parcel is refused at delivery, any return-to-sender fees and original shipping costs will not be refunded.
  • Policy: We will only resend the order once the new shipping fee has been paid in full by the customer.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a refund or replacement for products that are faulty, damaged, or not as described.
